Our Company
| Our meals are professionally prepared by two highly trained Chefs with over 40 years experience in Health Care, 5 Star Hotels and Restaurants. We are working to bring you the finest products and variety in all of our food choices, and as always expanding our choices to meet the needs of you, our customer. |

We started with our our office based out of the Simon Fraser Society for Community Living, which runs day and residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities. We made meals at cost for the society's drop-in sessions three days a week and offerd part-time employment to some of the society's clients. We have since moved to our new location at 709 12 th street and have a beautiful new store front for you to come and pick your meals up or to buy your fresh meats and other products. |

| Our easy to store, easy to heat meals, are designed to go from your freezer to your table in 20 minutes or less, with no mess and no dishes to wash. All meals are prepared fresh with quality ingredients, no MSG or preservatives are added. After prepared all food is packaged to preserve freshness and retain nutrients. When you receive your meals from our representative, you are suggested to store it in your freezer right away. When you're ready to cook your meal, take it out of your freezer and place it into your conventional oven or microwave and it will be ready in minutes. |
